Trust, measured.

Digisarion Intelligence is building GEI-AI, a platform that scores whether a regulated communication is likely to be understood and trusted by the people who receive it. Not whether it was sent. Not whether it was compliant on paper. Whether it worked.

GEI-AI is in development. The platform is at an early research and build stage. No product is commercially available, no deployment has taken place, and we make no assertions of future availability.

Digisarion Intelligence | Trust intelligence for regulated communications

Digisarion Intelligence is building GEI-AI, a platform that scores whether regulated communications are likely to be understood and trusted by the people who receive them. In development.

Why now

Three things changed at once.

Synthetic content became indistinguishable. Generative AI has driven the cost of producing a convincing document, message or voice to close to zero. The informal cues people once used to judge whether something was authentic no longer separate what is genuine from what is not.

Enforcement stopped being optional. Communication outcomes are now a regulated obligation with dated reporting requirements attached, not a matter of good practice.

Accountability became personal. The duty sits with a named individual who has to put evidence in front of a board and sign their name to it.

The problem this creates

Sending a communication is easy to evidence. Being understood is not.

Firms can already show what was sent, when, and to whom. What they are now required to show is something different: that the communication was capable of being understood by the people who received it, including those in vulnerable circumstances.

Today that is answered by reading a sample. A sample tells you about the documents you read. It tells you nothing about the ones you did not, and the communications most likely to fail are rarely the ones a sample happens to select.

What we are building

One platform, three dimensions, one rating.

GEI-AI scores the communication itself, rather than surveying the people who received it.

Trust Score. How likely a communication is to be perceived as trustworthy.

Emotional Resonance Index. The emotional response a communication is likely to evoke.

Cultural Alignment Score. How well a communication aligns with the cultural expectations of the audience it was written for.

The three combine into a single graded rating with named drivers, so the result can be acted on rather than merely recorded.

Grounded in published science

We did not invent the science. We are applying it.

The constructs draw on established, peer-reviewed work in affective neuroscience, cross-cultural psychology and the cognitive science of trust. That literature is public, and we name it.

What is ours is the application: turning those frameworks into a single measurement protocol for regulated communications, and proving it against expert judgement rather than asserting it.

Available now

You do not have to wait for the platform.

The obligation is already live, and our specialists deliver expert assurance and advisory on regulated communications today, applying the same discipline the platform will automate. It is the manual version of what GEI-AI is being built to do, available while the platform is in development.

Who this is for

Organisations where a communication failing has a consequence.

Regulated financial services firms with an annual reporting duty on communication outcomes. Operators of AI platforms facing transparency obligations. Government and large enterprise communicating at scale with diverse populations.

Early conversations welcome.

We are at the stage where the most useful conversations are with the people who carry the obligation. If you are one of them and the problem is familiar, we would like to hear how you are currently answering it.
